Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to best-practice ABA guidelines, and collaborate with families and community providers.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience. Expect travel up to 50% and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based programs, conducts assessments, and educates parents.
• Leads case management reviews, quality assurance, and audits.
• Provides staff training and materials for program development.
• Manages performance and onboarding for new associates; supports regional programs.
• Partners with HR for recruitment and selection of new associates.
• Attends conferences/trainings to stay current on autism research.
• Acts as liaison with families, community agencies, and therapists; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
