Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Connecticut is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review session data with families to adjust individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, staff, and clinical managers. A hybrid work option is available, with a focus on 1:1 ABA delivery and meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient in data collection, interpretation and adjusting treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
