Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Baltimore area seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.

You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients (28 billable hours in a 40-hour week), supervise up to 5 RBTs, and conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to uphold best practices; maintain compliant documentation and BACB/state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication and clinic-based work skills.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and other leaders to uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
