Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the York region is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. The role emphasizes mentorship, clinical collaboration, and evidence-based treatment plans.

You'll manage up to 10 clients with a 28-hour billable target, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and work with families to monitor progress while adhering to BACB and state guidelines. A rewarding opportunity in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills; clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
