Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will work in clinics with a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship and guidance while applying evidence-based practices.

Expect a manageable caseload (up to 10 clients) and opportunities to supervise up to 5 RBTs, develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience with children.
• Strong communication skills for clinic work.
• Ability to supervise staff and collaborate with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients with 28 billable hours/week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance.
