Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in our clinics. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with Clinical Directors to uphold best practices.

You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and follow BACB/state guidelines. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience with children a plus for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable Caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
