Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in our clinic network. You’ll assess progress, write treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical documentation in line with BACB and state guidelines.

You'll maintain a manageable caseload of up to 10 clients (28 billable hours in a 40-hour week), work with ages 2–18, supervise up to 5 RBTs, collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality, and contribute

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB; state licensure where required.
• ABA experience with children; RBT background considered a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
