Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a BCBA clinician to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting. The role involves managing a caseload, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for children aged 2–18 (mostly under 6).

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB
• Current state licensure where required
• Experience delivering ABA services with children
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients and complete 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Work with children aged 2–18, most under 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to uphold best practices
