Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the Northeast is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in our clinic network. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing about 28 billable hours per 40-hour week, while most clients are under age 6.

You will supervise and mentor up to 5 RBTs and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure best practices and ethical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB
• State licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (not tied to pay)
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
