Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting. You will conduct assessments, write treatment plans, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and coordinate with Directors to ensure best practices.

You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, with 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week, and participate in a clinical ladder with mentorship and ongoing support. Competitive pay and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• State licensure where required by the state.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients and complete 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (billable hours not tied to pay).
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
