Kaleidoscope ABA, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Center-based BCBA to design individualized client programs and supervise a small team. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven treatment, and collaboration with families.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, adjust treatment plans, and work with the Clinical Manager for scheduling and support. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design client programming that is ethical, individualized and implemented with integrity.
• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
• Clinical Manager support including scheduling and administrative assistance.
