Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 1–2 years BCBA experience with High School students.
• Must be able to obtain NYSED fingerprint clearance and be available for day hours.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work day hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analyses to identify variables that control problem behavior.
• Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans.
• Establish data collection systems to measure progress.
• Train staff and providers on plan implementation.
• Review data regularly to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Provide parent training and skill-building at home and in the community.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
