Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering person-centered ABA services. You will design plans, supervise aides, and ensure high-quality care for clients in home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families, monitor progress, and maintain BACB compliance. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and mentorship in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required for eligibility.
• Experience in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in multiple settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
