Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and coordinate care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree; licensure/credentialing may be required locally.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to PBS principles to produce lasting quality of life changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
