Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff and students, and ensure high-quality services for families across home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements per local/state regulations.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Comfort engaging with clients, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
