Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services across home, school and community settings. You will design interventions, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for clients with autism spectrum challenges.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to support behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to promote client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
