Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead data-driven treatment plans, collaborate with families and professionals, and uphold BACB ethical standards while contributing to a mission-driven team. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Experience designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
