Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCBA-A to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts, and collaborate closely with families to ensure high-quality services.

You will lead assessments, supervise staff, and ensure ethical care while supporting a culture of growth and professional development for BCBAs. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and engage with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
