Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality services.

In this role you will conduct FBAs, train team members, and ensure ethical practice per BACB standards while supporting clients in home, school, and community settings. Flexible scheduling and strong support for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducts FBAs and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implements ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborates with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzes data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensures compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
