Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes. We offer flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth with PBS tools to streamline scheduling, BIP writing, and time tracking.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Licensure/credentialing requirements vary by state and locality.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
