Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA services, working with families in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate with clients, and ensure high-quality care aligned with BACB ethics.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree in a field aligned with ABA services.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
