Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• FBA development and treatment planning.
• Supervising and mentoring staff (RBT/Student Analysts).
• Adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
