Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and career growth in a mission-driven, BCBA‑owned organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to physically engage with clients (sit on floor, transition to standing, lift up to 50 lbs).
• Create PBS-driven systems to meet needs of individuals, families, and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
