Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will lead treatment planning, mentoring staff, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and work-life balance, with opportunities for growth and professional mentorship within a supportive PBS framework.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB.
• Related degree or coursework in behavior analysis.
• Experience with designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or with a team.
• Able to deliver sessions across home, school, community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to staff, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
