Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and certification per local/state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behavior and promote skills.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
