Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and supervise ABA services, collaborate with families and other professionals, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community environments. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Licensure or credentialing requirements vary by state and locality.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work in multiple settings.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
