Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team and guide individualized ABA programs. You will supervise staff, design intervention plans, and ensure ethical, high-quality services for families dealing with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and engage with families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
