Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, lead interventions, and mentor RBTs and staff while ensuring high-quality services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
