We are seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, collaborate with families and professionals, and deliver high-quality services across home, school, and community settings while balancing work and life.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
