Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure high-quality services for clients in various settings.

The role emphasizes family collaboration, data-driven decision making, and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines. Travel to client locations is required in some cases, with a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Local/state licensure and certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in homes, schools, and communities.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
