Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
