Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. As BCBA, you’ll design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and BAs, and ensure high-quality services for families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
