The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA Assessor for an in-person role based in Raeford, NC (with Pinehurst area coverage). The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$98,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification – required.
• 2–3 years experience conducting initial assessments.
• Passion for compassionate care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with ASD.
• Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation.
• Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services.
• Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing ABA services.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation.
