Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a clinician-led team delivering high-quality ABA services. The role offers a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 base plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus.

You will work with in-home and in-center opportunities across NC with a Monday–Friday schedule, weekends off, and WFH options. Competitive benefits and growth support are included.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required.
North Carolina LBA license required.
Experience with children with autism preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver clinic and home/community play-based ABA therapy.
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behaviour Technicians.
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
