Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA Assessor for an in-person role in Raeford and Pinehurst. You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and document findings within a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• 2-3 Years experience conducting Initial Assessments
• Passion for Compassionate Care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
• Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
• Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
