Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Matthews, NC is hiring a BCBA to lead clinical care in in-home settings. You’ll conduct FBAs, create treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a supportive team that prioritizes ethics, mentorship, and growth.

With a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses, a sign-on bonus, weekdays schedule, and some WFH options, the role offers balance, strong supervision, and opportunities to advance as the company expands across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required
• North Carolina LBA license required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development
