The Treetop ABA in North Carolina seeks a BCBA Assessor to conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD. This in‑person role focuses on delivering high‑quality care with supportive leadership and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• 2-3 years experience conducting Initial Assessments.
• Passion for compassionate care and high quality ABA services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children with ASD.
• Complete functional and skills‑based assessments using evidence‑based tools.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation.
• Create initial treatment plans per BACB and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with families to explain findings and services.
• Coordinate with clinical and intake teams for smooth transitions into services.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
