Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LPA) to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise therapy teams. The role involves home-based and clinic settings, coordinating with families and clinicians to ensure individualized, evidence-based interventions.

You will oversee progress, supervise staff, and ensure documentation compliance. A master’s degree and BCBA/LPA licensure are required, with travel between sites and strong communication skills prioritized.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required or eligible.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Conduct supervision for patients.
• Monitor weekly progress and present updates.
• Update and maintain treatment programs.
• Complete reports and IEP goals timely.
