Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Charlotte, NC seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to manage clinical caseloads within a center-based setting. You will provide supervision, collaborate with families, and ensure documentation meets payer and state requirements.

The role offers a base of $65k–$75k (DOE), with retention incentives up to $5k and quarterly bonuses up to $26k, for total earnings potential over $100k.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification required.
• Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity.
• Ensure timely, audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization.
