Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is hiring for a BCaBA in Fayetteville. This center-based, in-person role emphasizes sustainable caseloads, strong operational support, and clinician growth, ensuring clinicians can focus on meaningful client outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with a retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000. Total earnings can exceed $100,000 for high performers through combined compensation and development support.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification.
• Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
