Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Apex, NC is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs and support BCBA-driven ABA plans of care.

You will provide direct patient care, assist in implementing treatment plans, train caregivers, monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation. This role emphasizes ethical practice, teamwork, and high-quality ABA services for the patients served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required or equivalent.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA certification.
• Active BCaBA certification through BACB.
• New grad or at least one year of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with clinical team.
• Educate families with home-based strategies and written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation and supervision records.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
