Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to supervise RBTs and support BCBAs in delivering ABA services. The role involves clinical oversight, treatment plan implementation, and family education to promote patient progress.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science, BCaBA certification (active preferred), and either new graduate status or at least one year of ABA experience. This is a full-time on-site role in Belmont, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification required.
• Active BCaBA certification through BACB required.
• New grad or 1+ year ABA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and collaborate with clinical team.
• Educate families on home-based strategies and provide resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and supervise related records.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members to coordinate care.
