Zusammenfassung

Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate BCaBA to supervise RBTs and support BCBA-developed ABA plans in daily care. You will work with BCBA's and other licensed professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services.

The role involves direct patient care, treatment oversight, and training for caregivers, with emphasis on accurate documentation and coordination with the clinical team, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree is required or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain BCaBA certification.
• Active BCaBA certification is required.
• New grad or at least one year of ABA experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing individualized ABA plans and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care including treatment implementation and parent training.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Educate families on home-based strategies and provide written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation and review supervision records.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team to coordinate care.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality per standards.
