You will educate families, monitor progress, and manage documentation while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in a related field is required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA certification is required.
• Active BCaBA certification through BACB is required.
• New grads or candidates with 1+ year ABA experience encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized ABA plans.
• Deliver direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and support treatment outcomes.
• Educate families with home-based strategies and resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and co-signation when needed.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and clinical team to coordinate care.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.
