Compleat KiDZ is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs and oversee ABA plans of care developed by BCBA's, ensuring high-quality ABA services for patients served.

You will work closely with BCBA's and other licensed professionals, provide parent/caregiver training, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to an ethical and collaborative clinical environment in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Supervision of RBTs and guidance on learner progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in treatment plan development and implementation.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatment and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Educate families on home-based strategies and provide written resources.
• Maintain and review learner records and supervision docs.
• Communicate with families, physicians and clinical staff.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
