Compleat Kidz in Gastonia, NC, is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to oversee RBTs delivering ABA plans under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes clinical oversight, treatment implementation, and family training to support client progress.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, developing and guiding ABA goals, documenting patient care, and collaborating with BCBAs and licensed professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in a related field.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification.
• Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• New grad or at least one year of experience within ABA setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatment implementation and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and collaborate with clinical staff to support outcomes.
• Educate families on home-based strategies and provide written resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and supervise related forms.
