Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide oversight to RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans developed by BCBA's, ensuring high quality ABA services for patients served.

The role includes supervising RBTs, supporting BCBAs, direct patient care, caregiver training, and maintaining documentation, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree is required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification.
• Active BCaBA certification with BACB supervision.
• New graduate or 1 year ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and support effective outcomes.
• Educate families with home-based strategies and written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation and supervision records.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the clinical team.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
