Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCaBA to provide oversight to RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care developed by BCBA's, ensuring the highest quality of services for patients. You will work in conjunction with BCBAs and other licensed professionals, supervise RBTs, and assist in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans and goals.

Qualifications

• Provide supervision to RBTs and guidance on learner progress.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review supervision records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in implementing individualized ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct patient care including treatment implementation and family training.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with clinical team for outcomes.
• Educate families on home-based strategies and provide resources.
• Maintain and review clinical documentation and supervision records.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members to coordinate care.
• Commit to ethics, confidentiality, and professional standards.
