Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Salisbury, NC seeks a compassionate BCaBA to oversee RBTs and assist BCBAs in developing ABA treatment plans, ensuring high-quality services for patients. You will supervise, participate in treatment delivery, and train families while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA certification and active BCaBA certification.
• New grad or at least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs or willingness to supervise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver direct patient care including treatment implementation under supervision.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care with clinical team.
• Educate families with home-based strategies and resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and supervise records.
