Compleat Kidz is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCaBA to oversee RBTs and support the delivery of ABA plans of care developed by BCBA's, ensuring high-quality services to patients.

You will supervise RBTs, assist BCBAs with treatment plans, and provide direct patient care including caregiver training. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in this role with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science is required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA certification.
• Active BCaBA certification required.
• New grad or at least one year ABA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Provide direct patient care including treatment implementation and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and coordinate with BCBAs and clinical staff to support effective outcomes.
• Educate families on home-based strategies with written resources for continued progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review supervision notes as needed.
• Communicate professionally with families, physicians and the clinical team to coordinate care.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in daily work.
